<p class="MsoNormal">I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding with regards to the snag and maintenance work that has been reported to date. I am sure you have seen that the team has been putting in a huge effort to get as much work done
as possible during lockdown. That said we would like to continue the process that Patrick Maile started before lockdown in recording all outstanding concerns residents might have. We have therefore decided to ask all residents to complete the attached form
to avoid face to face meetings while we are all still required to follow safe social distancing as far as possible and also to obtain accurate information faster. This will allow us to assess the greater scope of work that needs to be done within the village
and channel the required resources to the most urgent and essential work and also to plan for all other work to be done when lockdown regulations allow for it. The attached form will allow us to track progress and for all parties involved to be in agreement
once the work has been completed.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For ease of processing I would like to ask that you complete the forms electronically as far as possible. Hard copies will be sent to residents that does not have e-mail facilities or computer access and the information will be captured
on their behalf. I would like to ask that we keep the information as detailed but as to the point as possible. Some items might require further investigation and that too will be scheduled once all the forms have been assessed and in line with what can be
allowed. <o:p></o:p></p>
