<p class="MsoNormal">I hope that my first official communication on this platform is well received and deemed as good news. I would like to thank everyone I have been in contact with so far for really extending what my team has shown so far in really making
me feel very welcome at Evergreen Noordhoek. I am looking forward to meeting everyone in person without restrictions once the conditions we currently find ourselves in is something of the past.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Even though Evergreen Lake Michelle operates on a different set of regulation interpretations than Noordhoek I thought I would share this with everyone in both villages. We recommend that Lake Michelle residents try to work as close as
possible to these set guidelines as we deem these the best practices possible to ensure the level of health and safety we have committed to in our villages.

<p class="MsoNormal">It has really taken quite some time to interpret and formulate a workable and sensible interpretation of the new regulations as changes just keep rolling in. We do expect more changes to be shared by the government as we move into June.

<p class="MsoNormal">Every single one of the points noted were considered in a best and worst case scenario and the effect all scenarios will have on the village as a whole. I am positive about the regulations set out and believe that it will allow for much
needed relief from the current restrictions. I would like you to note that I tried to word all points so that interpretation is clear as to what would be left to each residents discretion and trust relationship between village management and residents and
which by governance or health and safety reasons are unfortunately not left for any interpretation.

<p class="MsoNormal">With all focus being on the health and safety of all residents and team members some regulations can sadly just not be lifted as yet with a clear conscience.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am happy to discuss any points on a case by case basis as I do believe every resident will have specific needs and an umbrella response will never cover all the angles that needs considering.<o:p></o:p></p>
