and Old Kommetjie Road from 05:00 on 26<sup>th</sup> September 2018 and continue along Ou Kaapseweg between Longboat Street and Buller Louw Boulevard. This important activity on the project requires an early start to ensure that there is adequate time to complete
all the elements involved in this activity. There will be noisy activities such as truck engines and reversing tones as well as vibration from compaction equipment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

been brought in over the past number of weeks to various sections of the site. It starts with the delivery to site of bagged cement, offloading at predetermined positions, spreading by hand and then mixing with a special road recycler. After mixing the material
is compacted and the road surface shaped to the correct profile before final compaction and watering is done.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
