<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt">The Builders Holidays will begin on Thursday 15th December 2016 (last working day for contractors) and work will commence again from Monday, 9<sup>th</sup> January 2017 (first day back for contractors).
There will be no contractors allowed in between these dates unless it is for an emergency, for example a broken window/door, a burst pipe etc.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt">Only domestic services will be allowed in, for example garden maintenance services (no new landscaping or erecting of fences or new irrigation systems may be done during this period), window cleaning
services and so on. With this in mind, please use this month to complete all jobs that require contractors so that you are prepared and ready once the Builders Holidays have commenced.
