<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt">We are sure that this will not apply to you but, if you are a dog owner, please read it further as you may be able to help us with an on-going and increasing trend of behaviour that is resulting
in fellow members’ queries and complaints.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt">We know that when you walk your dogs you are cleaning up any mess they may leave. But are you sure that, when you are not with them, the mess they may leave is not left for somebody else to clean
up for you? We feel that increasingly dog walkers, children or visitors are not clearing up and we desperately want to avoid having to resort to any way of enforcement other than this polite request. We know it is not a pleasant topic but it does need addressing
as we find our paths, roads and gardens are increasingly being regarded as the places for dogs to leave their mess.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt">We all know that dogs have to bark and occasionally we want them to bark (you know when) but please be aware that your neighbours may be getting tired of hearing your dogs barking incessantly.
You may believe that your dogs are not being a nuisance but we request that if you do have dogs and especially if you leave them alone for any extended periods please chat to your neighbours and confirm that they are not being an earful! Dogs left alone do
become bored and bark at everybody (real or imagined) that walks past. If you have a problem with a neighbour’s dog please let them know that it disturbing you and we are sure that, in acknowledging a reason for living here, they will be accommodating. A
last point here is if you dog is barking and you are at home, call them in without delay, check on the reason for their barking and, if there is no burglary in process, restore the peace of Lake Michelle quickly. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-size:10.5pt">Finally with regard to our furry best friends please remember to keep them on a lead at all times when they are not on your property. There are no areas off your property and within the estate
where dogs are permitted to run freely. There are many areas though within a ten minutes drive if necessary. It is not fair on many others, including the dogs on leads, our wildlife and walkers, if they unexpectedly get “attacked” by an overfriendly and soaking
wet bundle of fur. Again we are sure you are not at fault but are you so sure…..and are you also sure that your dog walkers, children or visitors are complying with our requirements?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
