[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Dear Residents,
I just want to re-iterate some reminders of our house rules:

  1.  Please keep to the internal speed limit of 20km/h.
  2.  When accessing the parking area behind the Apartment block, please use the traffic circle and not the first road to the parking area, as it actually a one-way out.
  3.  Please adhere to the STOP signs in the village, they are not Yield signs.
Please don't hesitate to contact reception if anything is unclear in this regard.
