        Dear Residents,

Please note that although the two events below are still a week away I would like to urge you to book your seats as soon as possible.

For both events preparations must be finalised and especially pre-ordering of items to be provided by PSG must be confirmed before
the event. Arrangements for additional seating must also be made along with fitting the event up into the best suited venue.
Please urgently RSVP at reception if you wish to attend this very informative talk.

I am happy to advise you that we will have a new performer for the St Patrick's Day Dinner.
