As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting health and wellness among residents in retirement villages, I am pleased to share the August 2023 edition of our Health Calendar.
This monthly calendar is designed to provide valuable information and resources to support a healthy lifestyle.
The wellness journal focuses on a range of health topics that are relevant and important for seniors.
