        Dear Residents,

I am excited to welcome some new team members to the Evergreen team and sadly this also means that a familiar face will be leaving us.

Please note the following changes affective 1 August 2022:


  *   Nicole Roman ( Receptionist / Junior Duty Manager)
Nicole joins us from Evergreen Bergvliet where she has been working for the past 3 years. Her dedication
and hard work earned her a "promotion" into a receptionist / duty manager position. Nicole will be the
based at and mainly man the reception desk to allow the duty managers to move around more and perform
their duties around the village.


  *   Morné De Koker (Maintenance Technician)
Morné joins us from Evergreen Muizenberg and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and even a few special
skills to help us further develop the rest of our existing maintenance team. Morné is familiar with our Village
and will slot in seamlessly.


  *   Nadeem Fredericks
As part of an internal skills development program Nadeem will be moving to Evergreen Bergvliet to step up
and take charge of the maintenance department for them. We are very happy for Nadeem and he moves to
Bergvliet with our best possible wishes. He has been a great asset to our Village and I am sure you will all agree
with me when I say he will be missed.


  *   Marisa Symmonds (Registered Charge Nurse - Evergreen Health)

Marisa has many years practical and management experience in the medical and retirement industry. She is

particularly interested in finding innovative healthcare solutions and support for retirees. Marisa is married

with 3 adult children and lives in Bergvliet.  She spent her childhood in England, Italy and India but has found

her true home in South Africa.


Please join me in welcoming these new team members on 1 August.
