[Evergreen Lake Michelle] General Service Update

        Dear Residents,

We have a had a slow or slower than expected uptake of our catering packages in particular. After some discussions and fielding some questions
from residents I thought it might help if a clarify some points.

  *   Signing up for a catering package does not replace or eliminate the need for a Catering levy. A portion of each package does however get

credited to the village against the overall catering expense. On top of that it secures a saving and no general price increases will affect you
for meals included in the package you might opt for.

  *   Packages can be signed up for at any time of the month but will if signed up for after the 10th of each month might lead to a first the first

levied amount being for 2 months. One amount in arear and one to bring activate the pre-paid cycle.

  *   1.8 under the Terms and Conditions refers to packages not being shared between households. Packages can be bought for a household

consisting of one or 2 residents based on your needs.

  *   If only Tier 1 appeals to you, you are able to sign up for 2 of these package options per month.
  *   The Tier 2 option if bought by a household for 2 occupants can be flexed so that the dinner and Sunday lunch option combine for a dinner

for 2 or a Sunday lunch for 2.

  *   Similar to the packages, by supporting the bistro in buying wine and beer rather than bringing your own a much larger portion (40%) of

total profits gets credited each month to the credited to the village against the overall catering expense.

If it was not clear in previous communication or in explanations I want make it clear now. There is very little benefit in these packages for
anyone other than to our residents. The greater the uptake and if aligned with support of the liquor sales, general increase of the a la carte
menu prices / creative menu planning and a slight change in operating hours to minimise some expenses, we might be able to keep our
catering services the way it is right now and depending to what extent even avoid a Catering Levy completely.

The proof will be in the pudding and I would suggest that everyone seriously consider taking up one of these packages and support a service that many see as a key part of our village.

Dear Residents,

I am very happy to announce that we have finalised the long awaited service packages. I have been very excited to get these projects and services off the ground and hope you will all see the benefit it might hold for many of our residents.

All the packages was developed with our residents and evolving needs in mind and besides the domestic service, the rest can all be subscribed to by Lake Michelle residents also.

Attached you will see the different services and tiers that you can choose from to suit your specific needs.

Each service will be subject to its own terms and conditions that will be stipulated in the signup agreement.

Please see below a little more information on these new services.

Catering

  *   Bulk uptake of meals in the form of these packages allows for reduced prices per meal. For more information or to sign up please feel free to contact myself, Elvirah or Melanie.
  *   As of 11 July all daily meal prices will increase R65 per meal.
  *   All dinner menus will be set at R130 per 2 course meal excluding special menus and events.
  *   All Sunday lunches will be set at R120 per 2 course meal excluding special menus and events.
  *   An updated A la Carte menu will launched in Aug / Sept.

Drinks  / Wine List

  *   The service of alcoholic beverages in the Lifestyle Centre will start from 1 July 2022
  *   Alcohol will be served form 11h00, Monday to Sunday
  *   Residents will still be allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages for specific events. (Bingo Nights, Quiz Nights and Resident Socials on a Friday)
  *   A corkage fee of R20 is chargeable outside the above mentioned events should you wish to bring your own wine. (only applicable to wine)
  *   As mentioned in previous communications, 40% of all profits generated by alcohol sales will be credited back to the village.
  *   As this is a first for our village, the wines listed can be seen as a starting point and will be subject to further developed based on a "what works and what does not" basis.
  *   Constructive feedback and suggestions will always be welcomed.

Domestic & Utility Service

  *   Rates are based on a pre-set schedule and booking roster for domestic workers
  *   Current domestic schedules cannot be amended to accommodate packages if domestic worker schedules do not allow for it.
  *   Based to environmental considerations and infrastructure requirements an outsourced waterless carwash service will be used.
  *   Car washes are available on a booking basis and will commence as a once a month service until the demand requires more dates.

Laundry Service

  *   Laundry services will be available from 1 Aug 2022
  *   Individual laundry rates will be made available for once off or out of package use.
