[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Dear Residents,

Thank you to everyone that made contact with me to discuss the changes to the CMR service.

I appreciate all the constructive feedback and possible alternatives suggestions to cancelling the service.

Many of you were unaware that Telecare and CMR are unrelated services, I would like to reiterate that the cancellation to efficient and immediate emergency service was never an option.

The Telecare operator that gives you easy access to emergency services will always remain in place. The fact remains that the services from CMR are extremely underutilised and is a considerable expense of the Evergreen Lake Michelle village.

That being said, after numerous requests we have decided to reinstate the CMR service with immediate effect while we further engage with the Rescom on this matter.
