[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Dear Residents,

As some of you may have been made aware by CMR, the services paid through the Village budget will be terminated as of 1 March 2022.

It is unfortunate that the communication has prematurely come from the service provider directly as it was always our intention that should we not  be able to find any way to continue with the subscription, that the communication will come from Evergreen.

Apologies for any distress caused by this communication.

Your wellbeing remains our first consideration, and with the Telecare emergency service remaining in place response times to any emergency will not be affected.

The consideration to terminate the CMR service is purely based on the service barely having been used over the past 3 years. We continue to do whatever can be done to keep the monthly levies as low as possible and this will contribute to that commitment.

Should you wish to take up this service in your private capacity you can contact Lameez Davis (Membership Accounts Administrator) at CMR directly on 021 782 0606 to make arrangements.

I would like to remind you to test the Telecare system regularly, please feel free to press the red button to ensure that the operator on the other end engages with you. Any concerns around Telecare units being non- operational must please be brought to our attention immediately.
