[Evergreen Lake Michelle] Parking and Traffic Rules when visiting the Noordhoek Village

        Dear Residents,

We are experiencing an increase in traffic related problems in the village so I thought it might be time for a friendly reminder and also some updated information. The speed limit from entry into the village remains 20km/h.

  1.  As we still have several unused parking bays in the basement we will continue to keep the boom open and allow all residents to park in these unused bays.

As see below the bays of occupied units have been marked with 2 black lines on the end of the parking number. These must not be parked in along with

loading bays, refuse bays and all reserved bays. Please park within the designated lines to ensure all bays can be used.

  1.  Below the correct and incorrect driving patterns identified. Please note the arrows if the road markings and white arrows on the road is not easily enough identified.
