Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Evergreen Lake Michelle will be held on Thursday 27 May 2021 at 14h00

Please find attached documents regarding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday, 27 May 2021, under strict Covid-19 protocols.

The attached pack has the following ;


  *   Notice of the AGM
  *   Nomination for the election of Residents Committee (Rescom) Members
  *   Proxy form if you are not able to attend and would still like to vote
  *   Minutes of the last AGM, held 28 August 2019
  *   Rescom Chairman's report - to follow
  *   Village Managers report
  *   Annual Financial report.
