[Evergreen Lake Michelle] External Maintenance Inspections

        Dear Residents,

I hope you are all well.

Please note that we have scheduled contractor inspections for next week Tuesday the 20th of April.

Inspections will commence at 9h00 and continue for the rest of the day to ensure all houses are inspected. Unfortunately no formal time line can be shared as we cannot estimate how long each inspection will take.

One of the Evergreen team members will accompany the appointed contractor during all inspections and be the contact for the day.

It is very important that thorough inspections are done to ensure an accurate report is compiled. Please support the team to ensure the inspections are done quickly and thoroughly.

Please be reminded that social distancing must be adhered to wherever interaction or access into houses are required.
