THIS IS AS LOCAL AS IT GETS....

We are super excited to be trading once again today (Friday the 2nd October) with a unresistable variety of local artisan produce.

Did you know that some of our produce is produced right here in the valley? The fresh root veggies is grown by Organic farmers in Ocean view (sustainable community project keeping youth off the streets with job creation through learning to grow organically).

Top items we highly recommend for you to try this week?

Chef Candice McDowell (Glencairn Heights) makes these gorgeous Scottish melt-in-your mouth shortbread biscuits! She will be expanding her biscuit range very soon, so watch this space.

The Baker Extraordinare (Masiphumelele) pastries - buttery croissants, Iced Raisin danishes, Almond Croissants to name just a few. You can also find a selection of breads available on the morning.

Jean Chef Michel (Scarborough) slow cooked Napoltana sauce (Great for pasta)

Chef.Dot (Noordhoek) Bone Broth - Chicken and Beef available. High in collagen and overall good for the gut.

Classics Award Winning Jams and Marmalades - she's as local as you can get! Claire (Evergreen resident) makes delicious jams and marmalades.. we highly recommend the Seville Marma.

Cure Deli (Bergvliet) artisan gluten free and Non-MSG/Preservatives smokey Chorizo sausages.

these are just to name a few... we will be bringing along berries, butter, fresh cream and other dairy too!

Remember the early bird catches the first worm! Find us in the Fynbos Lounge this week (due to weather).
