[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

Dear Residents

Today I am both sad and excited to share the below message with you.

It was always a temporary arrangement for me to oversee the operations of Noordhoek and Lake Michelle whilst we find a replacement for Kim that left in January. I would like to officially announce that Riaan Gouws has started as village manager for Noordhoek and Lake Michelle.
I fully endorse his appointment and I am excited to see him succeed and step in to this leadership role.

Riaan comes with a wealth of Hospitality experience and most recently held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at the Arabella Hotel and Spa in Hermanus.
He lives in Lakeside with his partner Mandy and has three lovely girls, Joanne, Megan and Katelyn. Riaan enjoys spending time with his family and a passion of his is cooking up a storm in the kitchen with a good glass of wine.
I am very excited to have Riaan join the team and some of you have already had the opportunity to meet Riaan during last week.

There will be an extended handover between Riaan and I over the next couple of months. So you are not rid of me yet 😊
I have definitely  grown in the last few months and look forward to supporting Riaan in his new role and I firmly believe that Riaan will add immense value to Noordhoek and Lake Michelle that the Village is under great leadership with him at the helm.

I would like to take this time to thank you all for the support during my time as Acting Village Manager and I have enjoyed being back at Noordhoek and Lake Michelle.

This is not GOODBYE, I will be moving back to my Hospitality role for the greater Evergreen Lifestyle business and will still be very much engaging with all of you.
