Dear Lake Michelle Residents

Herewith update sent out today to ALL Villages and some important information with the latest stats with regards to COVID-19

Dear Resident    COVID-19 - 20 - 2020

Our Primary goal at Evergreen is to safeguard the health of all residents, visitors, service providers and employees.     We have been ahead of the curve so far and would like to stay ahead and keep this virus from coming into our Village.  In order to do that we need to make unpopular decision and enforce them.  Effective immediately any and all visitors to the Village must get permission from Village Management.    Should you want visitors to your unit, you need to request for access from Village Management. Village Management will ascertain whether the visit is essential or not.  Should your request be seen to be non-essential and have any possible risk associated to it, it will be denied.    Unfortunately, this means you will have to cancel the Sunday family braai at your house and the social visits that you would usually have. Unless it is an essential visit, access will be denied.

We ask that you minimize your interaction with outside people, and if you have to go out, that you consider the rest of the residents, and maintain good hygiene and distance.   We ask that you order food in, and avoid public places as much as possible. We are here to assist and facilitate if need be with this service, so please do not hesitate to make contact with the team at Reception.

Please be assured that we are taking this extremely seriously and ask you to support Village Management and the health team during this critical time.     Should you have any concerns or suspect any symptoms - please contact your Evergreen Village Management telephonically immediately who will direct you on the necessary action to be taken.

Our goal at Evergreen is to keep our Villages COVID -19 free, and we need your help and support to make this a reality!
