[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        NOTIFICATION KOMMETJIE ROAD UPGRADE: ASPHALTING TO NOORDHOEK MAIN ROAD AND BULLER LOUW INTERSECTIONS

Dear Interested & Affected Party,

Please take note that there will be traffic constrictions at the Buller Louw/Ou Kaapse Weg and Noordhoek Main Road/Ou Kaapse Weg Intersections on Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday next week (10-12 February 2020) for asphalting operations as follows:
Noordhoek Main Road Intersection : North-Southbound traffic will be deviated for short periods (between one and two hours at a time) between traffic peaks to allow for asphalting. Right turns into and out of Noordhoek Main Road will be prevented and right-turners will have to reroute via Buller Louw.
Buller Louw Intersection: Sequential lane drops in both directions will be required over the three-day period, but traffic continuity will be maintained. Road-users should however expect delays.
