TRAINING AT HOME
I have been doing Pilates classes with a friend every morning and I have asked her permission to be able to share them with yourselves and the residents.  For those of you who are staying in the villages they are really good to do to keep up with any form of exercise regime you may be missing.  They are also working cardio vascular BUT everybody can adapt these according to their fitness levels - these exercises can be done in a garden or sitting room. Regards Mel
