We have received many reports recently of residents speeding, especially on the Lakeshore and Northshore roads.  We strongly urge all residents, their visitors and contractors to please slow down, drive cautiously and considerately within the estate.

On Friday, a young Egyptian goose was injured by a possible speeding motorist and yesterday a squashed chameleon was found in the road. It is only a matter of time before it's a pedestrian, child or cyclist!

A reminder that the speed limit is a MAXIMUM of 30km on Northshore & Lakeshore Drive & 20km on the side roads.

Besides the very real concern for pedestrians, cyclists and children playing, we also need to remember to be on the lookout for the wildlife which are often found on our roads.
