[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Good afternoon resident,

As per our maintenance schedule the ceiling traps doors require to be weighted down as they are lifting during heavy winds.  We would like Danie to perform an inspection starting on Monday, 11 February.  We would like to inspect all houses over Monday / Tuesday.

Kindly confirm that you are having problems with your ceiling trap door and that you will be available on Monday or Tuesday for inspections.
