NOTIFICATION KOMMETJIE ROAD UPGRADE - FRIGATE CRESCENT: PROPOSED ROADWORKS

Dear Interested & Affected Party,

Lane reduction work will commence in Frigate Crescent at the intersection with Ou Kaapseweg on Monday morning - 1st October 2018 - with the temporary removal of the dedicated right turn lane out of Frigate Crescent. This will allow Martin and East to excavate trenches and install service ducts across Frigate Crescent. This work is being done during the school holidays when there is minimal school traffic. Vehicular access into and out of Frigate Crescent will be maintained at all times.
            This work across Frigate Crescent will be done in two phases with the northern portion of the roadway being closed first. Advance temporary warning signs will be erected on Friday 28th September 2018 alerting motorists to this impending work and reduced capacity at this intersection.
            Your patience while this work is being carried out is appreciated.
