[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Good afternoon,

The year-end function notification you received from Greg Culhane has reference.  I have been informed that some residents did not receive the menu options emailed by Mrs Janet Jackson.

Attached please find set menu options; kindly choose between options 2 - 5.  The most popular option will then be the menu for the function.
The function will be held on Wednesday, 19 December at 12h30 at Jakes on the Common.

I apologise for the short notice, however we will require your decision by lunch time tomorrow (Friday, 26 Oct).
