NOTIFICATION KOMMETJIE ROAD UPGRADE: STABILISATION PROCESS AT SILVERMINE ROAD SITE

Dear Interested & Affected Party,

On Thursday 11th October 2018, weather permitting, the stabilisation process will be undertaken at the Silvermine Road site. This will entail an early start to the process with cement delivery and offloading occurring from 05:00 onwards. Work will commence at the southern end of the project and work up towards Silvermine Road intersection and then proceed to the northern section. Although not a large operation it is long and narrow and will take much of the day to complete the final shaping, watering, compacting and watering again. This early start will again generate a certain noise from trucks, compaction equipment and the recycler itself.
            Once again your patience is appreciated.
