Dear Residents,

We would like to advise you that we are doing an assessment, in conjunction with Encom, of the water grass and reed coverage in the lake and ponds.

The intension is to fly the drone for approximately an hour, taking aerial footage of the lake and ponds. The flying of the drone is weather dependent and therefore we will need a calm day to carry out this task.  It is not easy to pin point an exact day, however, there are a few days during this week which are looking promising on the weather forecasts.

The proposed flight path will take the drone around the circumference of the lake, up the middle of the lake and over the ponds.  Launching sites are from the jetty at Erf 1000 (bottom SE corner of the Estate) and from the jetty at the end of Waterlily.

We understand that our residents privacy needs to be taken into consideration and we will endeavour to be as unobtrusive as possible.
