        Good afternoon,

For everyone who indicated they would like to attend the year end function, please find more details regarding it below.

Date: Wednesday, 19 December
Time: 12h30
Venue: Jakes on the Common, Noordhoek

Menu option & price: 2 at R240 per person for a three course (R264 including service fee)
Menu option & price: 2 at R195 per person for a two course (R214.50 including service fee)
I have attached a copy for ease of reference.

Please note the following:

  *   Payment up front, including 10% service fee, made to Kim / Bronwyn by Monday, 17 December 2018 ( we will have a list with your menu choice & payment noted)
  *   Jakes have planned for all 3 courses to be served.  However if you wish to only have a two course meal (no starter) please be prepared to wait until those who are eating the starter to finish  All the main meals will be served at the same time.
  *   They would like to encourage all patrons to have the same; either two course or three course.
  *   They suggest one drinks bill for the party
  *   Once payment has been made, you may not cancel.
