It is with great pleasure to inform you that Unique Health have employed a new Staff Nurse for Evergreen Diep River and Evergreen at Lake Michelle.

Staff Nurse Sharon Adams has vast experience in geriatric nursing and management.

In the next few weeks EN Sharon would like to start setting up appointments with you for your Annual HealthCare Assessment - this is to ensure that we are up to date with your current health concerns (if any) and are in a better position to assist you should you require it.
