Dear Residents,

As you are no doubt aware every year at this time the lake levels are at their lowest with no inflow of water to flush the lake and the addition of the drought more than likely increasing the evaporation rate.  We would like to bring to your attention that caution should to be taken when using the lake for recreational use, by possibly minimising contact with or ingestion of the water, bearing in mind that the use of the lake as with any of the common areas is at your own risk.

Let's hope that the rains come soon to fill up and flush out our beautiful lake.
