Good morning,

As you are aware Evergreen keeps a spare key to your home for emergency access Only.  Due to me being based at Evergreen Diep River your spare keys are currently based there too.  However, in an emergency it would certainly waste time.

TeleCare Solutions (Anton de Beer) have a long-term solution to this problem; a wall mounted key safe.

TeleCare Solutions will be in 'possession' of the key safe access code and should there be any cause for emergency access CMR will contact TeleCare directly for the access code.
Anton has offered supply & installation of the safe to you for a once-off fee of R950.00.  Payable directly to TeleCare Solutions. Attached are photo's of the key safe.
Some of your fellow residents have purchased the key safe and I am sure they feel better knowing that the emergency access has been taken care of.
