Dear Residents,

We would like to wish everyone a very blessed, safe and relaxing Christmas and New Year.

FESTIVE SEASON RUBBISH COLLECTION DATES:

Friday 23rd December
Friday 30th December
Monday 2nd January

Please ensure your bags are out before 8am and not the night before.  If you have visitors staying in your house over the festive season, please let them know the abovementioned dates.

WATER EXEMPTION:  We have received a water exemption from the City of Cape Town in order to water the common areas.  We will be using the water responsibly and will be watering during the early mornings.

ADMIN OFFICE CLOSURE:  Please note that the admin office will be closed for business from midday on Friday 23rd December and will be open again on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

For emergencies please contact security who will in turn notify us.
