<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">After meeting with representatives of our local councilor to see if this can be arranged, it was confirmed not to be possible based on the IEC’s criteria for special votes. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The following was quoted from the IEC’s website and confirmed by the representatives.
