items to allow the painters to set up. They will also be repairing all the Juliet balconies (1<sup>st</sup>-3<sup>rd</sup> Floors) and Artwell and Andrew will also assist you to move pot plants/garden decorative items so that they can commence with external
repair of cracks, damp proofing and painting. Please make sure that any sentimental items are packed away carefully and/or removed from the patios. It is a messy and noisy job. up first and then come through to Diep River for collection at <b>09h30</b> every alternate Tuesday. The next trip is planned for 06/09 (Blue Route) 20/09 (Constantia Village). R30 per trip will be added to your levy account. It is important to book your
seat with reception on Ext 1400. If we have no bookings by the Monday, we will cancel the trip for Tuesday.
