<p class="MsoNormal">As announced last week, Evergreen Health have secured the Booster Vaccination for Diep River residents and will be administering this on Tuesday, 18 January between 10h00 – 12h30 in the Recreation Room.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please note that you need to be eligible for a booster shot on the Department of Health’s EVDS system in order for the Evergreen Health Team to administrate the booster vaccine to you. Therefore, if we go into the system and it does not
show you as registered/ eligible, we will not be able to give you the booster. Please make your way down to the Recreation Room during at your allocated time slot. You will be required to provide your ID number in order for us to access the EVDS system to
see if you are eligible for the booster shot. Bring your cell phone as well.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Once the system shows that you are eligible, we will capture the booster information and provide you with a number that must be documented on your vaccination card. Thus, we ask that you bring your vaccination card with you or alternatively
your vaccination certificate. In the event that you have misplaced your vaccination card or certificate, please contact Amanda on Ext 1406 prior to your time slot in order to assist you so that you are not holding up the flow of the vaccination process. You
will be required to update your vaccine certificate after the booster.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please note that if you had Covid-19 recently you will only be eligible for the booster shot 40 days after you tested positive. We will only be administering booster shots to residents, so please do not invite friends, family or helpers
to join you at Diep River.<o:p></o:p></p>
