<p class="MsoNormal">We have been doing repairs and maintenance on the pool, heat pump and pool pump over the past few months.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We have undertaken the following work:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- repaired the pool pump; serviced the salt chlorinator and the pool heat pump;<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- repaired a slow leak found in the underground pool pipes;<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- purchased a new skirt and parts for the kreepy krauly and a new thermometer; and<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">- treated the pool with chemicals to get it into tip top condition.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">All seemed well and ready for the summer season until the pool started to develop another leak and we were losing water again. This required us to turn the heat off as we were topping-up the pool with cold water every other day. We have
now asked the contractor to come back and to establish the source of the second leak. When we do, this will require us to close the pool again. We are trying to resolve this before Summer starts and we ask that you are patient with our efforts.

<p class="MsoNormal">We will endeavour to do everything we can to have a functioning pool as soon as possible. As it stands, you are welcome to swim as the pool is clean, albeit cold until further notice.<o:p></o:p></p>
