We would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to Anne Geel (A310).

This Week:

  *   Movement Classes will take place in the Sky Louge on Monday, 19th January from 09h30 – 10h45 with Physiotherapist Carin Kinnell. She has ushered in some fun exercises with music. All welcome. Please book with Sethu at Reception Ext 1400 and payment of R80 made directly at class.
  *   Aqua-Aerobics will take place on Wednesday, 20th February from 10h30 – 11h30 with instructor Tanya. Please call Ext 1400 to add your name to the list at reception. Classes are R50 per session and can be paid in cash on the day.
  *   Bingo Night hosted by Margaret Hull (Ext 1716) on Wednesday, 21st February at 7pm. Entry fee R50 and you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.
  *   Naturally Pampered Beautician will be in the Sky Lounge n Thursday, 22 January for manicures, pedicures and massage therapy. Please book your appointment with Sethu on Ext 1400.
  *   Rummikub will be held in the Bisto on Thursday, 22 February at 2pm in the Bistro.  ALL welcome. Please put your names down for seating arrangements. Call reception on Ext 1400Thursday Tea & Cake – Join us for a chit chat on Thursday at 3pm in the Bisto.
  *   Wol-Aan-Die-Rol will take place on Friday, between 11h45 – 13h15. Buy beautiful wool at great prices to get ready for winter.
  *   Saturday Braai – Residents get together every Saturday evenings at 6pm.  Bring your own meat and refreshments and gather in the Bistro.

Forthcoming Events:

  *   Shopping Transport for February will meet at Reception at 05/03. Cost is R50 per trip and will be added to your levy.
  *   Colouring-In Mandalas – Join us for a calm creative afternoon in the Bistro on Tuesday, 27 February at 2pm. Mandalas, Crayons and Koki’s will be supplied but if you have your own, please bring them along. Please book your seat with reception on Ext 1400.
  *   Fellowship Group will meet in the recreation room, Thursday, 29 February at 10h30 contact Mrs. J de Villiers (Ext 1504) or Mrs. Randall (Ext 1609)

Housekeeping

  *   Village Pool Area - Please note that the pool, gym and gym toilets are operational ready for residents should you wish to take a dip.
  *   Call reception to report any emergencies, as we have a list of available service providers that are able to assist.
  *   Please also be reminded to test your telecare units regularly to ensure it is in working order.

The Peninsula Marathon is taking place on Saturday, 18th February so make sure that your route is planned. Have a great Week-Ebd
