[Evergreen Diep River]

        Dear Resident

As you are aware, the Residents Committee (Rescom) acts as the liaison between all Residents and the Village Manager with regards to facilities and activities in the Village. They are tasked with keeping the lines of communication open with a view to developing and maintaining a sense of camaraderie and well-being amongst the residents.

Rescom are planning an informal get-together for all units/per floor, to cater for smaller groups, to chat informally on any issues of concern on Wednesday, 7 June from 2pm. The times allocated to each floor/unit is as follows:  1st Floor Units - 14h00 - 14h45; 2nd Floor Units - 14h45 - 15h30; and 3rd Floor Units - 15h30 - 16h15

We have attached a questionnaire to complete and hand back to reception before 3pm on Friday, 2 June with information on any item you wish to discuss, where you require clarity or additional information, any ideas you would like to suggest or problems you are experiencing.

We will endeavour to have answers, assist where we can or take it further on your behalf and ensure we have a response/answer for you when we meet.
