        Dear Resident

Please find attached the Notice for the Annual General Meeting of Evergreen Diep River which will be held in the Recreation Room on Monday, 14 August at 11am.  All Life Right Holders' have been sent a complete AGM document pack to the email address listed for your unit.  In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint and save on paper wastage and cost, village management will only have printed copies of the AGM notice on hand for those who are unable to or do not have access to printing facilities. Only the Proxy Form and Nomination Form will be printed on request. Please ensure that you RSVP if you are attending the AGM and to put in your apologies if you are not going to attend the AGM. Please confirm your attendance by no later than 16h00 on Sunday, 13 August 2023.



In addition, Evergreen Health will be hosting a general Wellness Morning to introduce medical suppliers and their products to residents. Some of the exhibitors and presenters will include Arjo, a global provider for medical devices and equipment such as medical beds, walkers and wheelchairs; Discovery Health will be on site to do comprehensive wellness screenings (booking required); HNA Physiotherapists and Audiologist among others. It promises to be an informative morning and we encourage all to attend. A full programme of events will be sent to all residents outlining activities shortly.



Evergreen Lifestyle Village will be hosting a splendid buffet lunch and provide drinks for all residents in the Bistro once the AGM proceedings are over. ALL residents are welcome to attend. Booking is essential for catering purposes. Please RSVP by no later than Friday, 11 August by calling Sethu at reception on Ext 1400.
