WEDNESDAY,30 NOV      Beef and Mushroom Pie with Gravy, Potato Wedges and Seasonal Vegetables
THURSDAY,01 DEC            Bobotie with Yellow Rice and Seasonal Vegetables
FRIDAY,02 DEC                   Fried Fish and  Chips with Tartar Sauce and Chef 's Salad
SUNDAY,04 DEC                Kitchen/Bistro -  Closed

Our Bistro Menu with a selection of breakfast, toasted sandwiches, cake plus hot and cold beverages.  Please be sure to give us a heads up by 4pm the day before if you would like to order the Daily Special in the bistro. The Deli Menu is available 5-days/week, Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. Please note that should you wish to enjoy the Deli menu that there will be delays between 12h00 -13h00 due to pre-ordered daily specials being served for lunch. Payment accepted on pre-paid account, credit or debit card. Breakfast is served till 11h30.

Activities coming up:

*         Fellowship group is having a "Carol Singing" morning  in the recreation room at 10h30 - 12h00 - Save the date Tuesday 13th December -  All Welcome

*         Bee Talk - Thursday 01 December in the recreation room - Please book with Janine at reception ext: 1400

*         Bridge every Tuesday in the recreation room from 14h00 - 16h00 call Mrs. Feitelberg for information Ext: 1602

*         Movie Night Friday 16th December - all welcome please book with Reception 1400 for popcorn count. - Movie details to follow

*         Cake & Tea  - Please join us on Thursday for Cake and a cup of Tea/Coffee and chats in the Bistro at 3pm for R25.00 per person.

*         HNA Active Aging Class connects with residents to exercise in the recreation room on Fridays 11h00 - 12h00

*         Residents Braai - takes place every on Saturday evening.  Bring your own meat and refreshments and gather in the Bistro. Call Margaret Hull on Ext 1716 for additional information

*         Cocktail evening - Monday 05 December in the Bistro at 17h00 - 20h00 please book at reception by the 28 November booking close for catering - All welcome we will have Gordon Rocker as live entertainment.

*         Christmas lunch - 09 December at 12h00  - 2 course meal at R140.00 please book with Samantha in the kitchen  ext.: 1404 before Wednesday 30 November for catering.

Building Refurbishment

*        We are getting so close to the end, The Highpoint team is moving at a rapid pace and our building is looking amazing.

*        I would like to thank all residents for the patience whilst the contractors have been are working.

General:

*         Shopping Transport will meet at Village at 09h30 every alternate Tuesday. The next trip is planned for  29/11 (Blue Route) and 13/12 ( Constantia Village) - R30 per trip will be added to your levy account. If we have no bookings by the Monday, we will cancel the trip for Tuesday.

*         Just a reminder that we will collect Refuse Bins early on Monday. Please assist us and only put out your rubbish bins early on a Saturday (bins get emptied and swopped) and early on Monday morning (bins get washed and sanitized before they are replaced).  We ask that you freeze your waste foods as its summer and we find maggots in our bin room if there is food left in the bin room in plastic bags.

*         Our Bin room has been kept tidy no "storing" of goods/boxes  we have some storage behind cars looking messy. Please make sure that these items are cleared up and removed as soon as possible.

*         Looking forward to seeing all dressed up for our cocktail function Monday 05 December don't miss out :)
