Please note that the AGM will take place in the Recreation Room on Thursday, 26 May at 2pm and not at 10am as originally indicated.

  *   All Nomination Forms for residents' committee member/s must be handed-delivered to the Village Managers office by 4pm on Thursday, 19 May and signed by both the Nominator and the Nominee. Nominees should also let me have a head and shoulder photograph and a brief synopsis/CV to place on the noticeboard.
  *   Please send any questions in writing regarding any AGM matters which warrants discussion to either the Village Manager on email christined at evergreenlifestyle.co.za<mailto:christined at evergreenlifestyle.co.za> or to liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za<mailto:liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za> by 4 pm on Thursday, 19 May.  May I remind all residents that Matters that are not submitted in writing, as indicated above, will not be debated at the AGM. Residents are requested to focus on matters that warrant discussion at an AGM and to take up smaller and/or personal matters with the Village Manager.
  *   All Proxy Appointment Forms must be hand-delivered to the Village Managers' offices, alternatively emailed to liesli at evergreenlifestyle.co.za, by no later than 4pm on Wednesday, 25 May.
  *   It is important for all residents who wish to attend the AGM to RSVP by 4pm Wednesday, 25 May.
  *   Each Life Right shall carry a single vote. Where a Life Right is jointly held by more than 1 (one) Life Right Holder, such vote shall be exercised jointly by them.

We respectfully request that each resident takes responsibility for their own safety by wearing a mask during the meeting and note that due to Covid-19, there will be no tea/gathering after the AGM.
