WEDNESDAY,21 DEC                       Lemon & Herb Roast Chicken Drumsticks with Garlic Baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables
THURSDAY,22 DEC                           Lamb Liver with Onion Gravy, Mashed Potato and Seasonal Vegetables
FRIDAY,23 DEC                                  Fried Fish & Chips with Tartar Sauce and Coleslaw
SUNDAY,25 DEC                               Roast Gammon with Sweet Mustard Sauce, Southern Fried Chicken Leg Quarters with Assorted Salads, Traditional Triffle

Our Bistro Menu with a selection of breakfast, toasted sandwiches, cake plus hot and cold beverages.  Please be sure to give us a heads up by 4pm the day before if you would like to order the Daily Special in the bistro. The Deli Menu is available 5-days/week, Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm. Please note that should you wish to enjoy the Deli menu that there will be delays between 12h00 –13h00 due to pre-ordered daily specials being served for lunch. Payment accepted on pre-paid account, credit or debit card. Breakfast is served till 11h30.

Activities coming up:

•                     Christmas lunch – 25th  December at 12h30 - at R150.00per person – We are proud to say we have 30 people booked for Christmas day ☺ and bookings are now closed.

•                     Bridge every Tuesday in the recreation room from 14h00 – 16h00 call Mrs. Feitelberg for information Ext: 1602 – Closed till January

•                     Movie Night  – all welcome please book with Reception 1400 for popcorn count. – Continue in January

•                     Cake & Tea - Please join us on Thursday for Cake and a cup of Tea/Coffee and chats in the Bistro at 3pm for R25.00 per person.

•                     HNA Active Aging Class connects with residents to exercise in the recreation room on Fridays 11h00 – 12h00 – Closed till January

•                     Residents Braai – takes place every on Saturday evening.  Bring your own meat and refreshments and gather in the Bistro. Call Margaret Hull on Ext 1716 for additional information

•                     New Year Eve get together – more information to follow next week

General:

•                     Shopping Transport will meet at Village at 09h30 every alternate Tuesday. The next trip is planned for 27/12 ( Blue Route) 10/01 (Constantia Village)) – R40 per trip will be added to your levy account. If we have no bookings by the Monday, we will cancel the trip for Tuesday.

•                     Just a reminder that we will collect Refuse Bins early on Monday. Please assist us and only put out your rubbish bins early on a Saturday (bins get emptied and swopped) and early on Monday morning (bins get washed and sanitized before they are replaced).  We ask that you freeze your waste foods as its summer and we find maggots in our bin room if there is food left in the bin room in plastic bags.

•                     The staff enjoyed the year end function and they would like to thank all residents for their contributions it was well received.
