        Dear Residents,

Attached documents as it is presented to new residents in their welcome pack.

Rescom asked that this be send round to all residents. It is quite long for a casual read but should be worth retaining for reference.
The new Home Care Tariffs effective from  1 August 2023 will be send out once received from EH.
