[Evergreen Broadacres] Bistro notice about supply of Hake.. Its a crisis

[Evergreen Broadacres]

        Dear Residents,

Currently the supply of Hake is a national crisis, suppliers cannot source stock and the stock they can get is very erratic, in that it's different brands, different sizes, different quality

We have had up to four different brands of Hake in the freezer at one given time, depending on who has stock and where we can get. This is causing a quality problem on Friday's fish n chips; residents have been commenting regarding size and texture

Please bear with us as we don't know when this problem is going to get better, suppliers just don't have stock

So there will be changes in size and quality of the fish when you book for Friday's fish n chips, we will do our utmost to source where and when we can
