Dear Residents,
It’s the time of year to spread some of our renowned Evergreen Broadacres Christmas cheer.

In our agreement with Evergreen we are precluded from paying tips to any staff member.

As a result, every year since 2013 the residents of Evergreen Broadacres have most generously
contributed towards a Christmas “Thank You” gift to the staff.

ResCom invites you to do so again this year. It is of your own free will and is confidential.

The proceeds of the collection will be distributed to ALL village and contractor staff members
who work in the village in whatever capacity. Contactor staff will include Security, Gardeners,
Bistro, and Care Centre employees.

The distribution will be on the basis of an equal amount to all recipients. The only exception is
staff members with less than 12 months service will receive not less than ⅔ of the equal distribution amount.

Contributions will be ring-fenced for the specific use as gifts to all staff.

Donations can be made in cash to Cecil Fann (ResCom Treasurer - Unit 76), or left in an envelope
with Reception at the Clubhouse, or paid by EFT to ResCom’s bank account as follows:
