Dear Residents,

The Budget for financial year 2022/2023 was presented to the Rescom and has been send out to all residents.
You have had opportunity to send your questions to Laurraine who has graciously collated and produced a list of questions from residents.
These questions has been answered and these have been send out to all yesterday.

I would like to invite all residents to a series of discussions relating to the budget and any questions you might still have.
We ultimately need to get to some kind of consensus on the way forward  by the 1st of June 2022; and this will be the opportunity to discuss the options available and how we will agree on the way forward.

It will be ideal to manage the numbers per session so that we can work through the budget and any questions that will be asked as well as complying with Covid protocols.

Sessions are to be held as follows in lifestyle Centre.

Houses                 1-55                                     Tuesday 10 May at 10h00
Houses                 56-110                                Tuesday 10 May at 13h00
Houses                 111-130 & Apartments  Thursday 12 May at 10h00

If you wish to attend and you are not available as per above schedule you are welcome to join another group.

No RSVP is required.
