Dear Residents,

Safety and Security in the Village:

We have had a recent report of small items allegedly being stolen from a unit in the village.
Village Management are aware of the incident and we are investigating.

We would however like to remind residents to not become complacent and to take the
necessary precautions to safeguard your belongings and your home.

Notwithstanding the fact that we continue to do the best we can to keep you and your
belongings safe, we appeal to you to help us and to adhere to the following recommended
safety and security related guidelines:

*             Please do not leave your windows open when going out.
*             Please lock your doors when leaving your unit.
*             Please lock valuables away in your safes and ensure your safe is locked.

We remain committed to resolving this incident.
