        Dear Residents,

We had to move all the vaccination appointments out with an hour.  The Department of Health can only have the Vaccines delivered at 10:00 (depending on traffic).
Please note amended times as per the attached.  We will push to try and get everyone vaccinated tomorrow even if we have to vaccinate into the evening.  We will have
Staff and paramedics to cover us until all vaccinations are complete.

Please remember to complete your registration form and bring it with you so that we don't hold up the process by waiting for forms to be completed.
We only have 3 trained and registered vaccinators, so they will have 4 minutes per person to vaccinate before you move to the next station if we are to vaccinate everybody tomorrow.
So it is vital that we have a smooth fast moving line.

Thank you for your co-operation and we look forward to getting everybody vaccinated tomorrow!
