Dear Resident,

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Evergreen Broadacres will be held on Thursday, 3 June 2021 at 15:00.

Please find attached documents regarding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday,03 June 2021, under strict Covid-19 protocols.

The attached pack has the following ;


  *   Notice of the AGM
  *   Nomination for the election of Residents Committee (Rescom) Members
  *   Proxy form if you are not able to attend and would still like to vote
  *   Minutes of the last AGM, held 6 August 2019
  *   Rescom Chairman's report
  *   Village Managers report.
  *   Annual Financial report.

Please register your intention to attend the AGM by calling our reception desk by no later than 16h00 on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.
Attendance is limited to 110 Life Right holders only.

Meeting is scheduled to finish at 17:00 - After which snacks and drinks will be served.  Those who did not attend the actual meeting due to number restrictions will be welcome to join us for the snacks and drinks as we utilize the outside deck area to allow us to have more people whilst still keeping our distance and complying with COVID-19 regulations.
