Dear Residents,

FIBRE INSTALLATION PHASE 1 & 2 BEGINS - TUESDAY 23 MARCH 2021

In an ongoing effort to improve our village we are about to begin with the
installation of Fibre.

FROGFOOT will commence on Tuesday morning, 23 March 2021 with preparations in Loerie Lane.

We appeal to all Residents and visitors to be aware of the work commencing and be extra cautious in the area,
we are going to close off Loerie Lane for the week and request that all Residents and visitors use the road
around the Lifestyle Centre for access and egress to the village and your homes.

Work will commence with trenching in the roadway on the right hand side of Loerie Lane, the necessary safety
protocols will be followed.

Residents of Loerie Lane - during this time you will be able to exit your garages but please be aware of the
excavations and safety barriers, those of you in Loerie Lane will be able to use Loerie Lane to gain access to
and from your units.

Further communications will follow with details of the next stage of works to be done.

Apologies in advance, unfortunately there will be disruptions for the duration of the contract.
