[Evergreen Broadacres]

        Dear Residents,

A reminder that our Annual General Meeting will take place on the 12th of August 2021 at 15:00.

Current lockdown regulations only allow for gatherings of 50 people indoors and 100 people for outdoor venues.  So we will aim at holding the meeting in an outdoor tent structure which will be situated in the parking area.
With numbers being limited, we will only have 90 spaces for residents.  Please book your attendance with reception as only the first 90 people will get a place.  We suggest that one person per household only attend the meeting to allow all households to be present.

The meeting will start at 15:00 and refreshments will be served from 16:30. 

We look forward to seeing you all there! Please ensure that you wear your mask and keep your social distancing.
